The easiest way is to exclude the page using the Genesis Sitemap Output filter. It's built into the Genesis Framework. Please refer to this article that explains how to use it: Genesis Sitemap Output Filter.
To exclude specific page(s), you would add "exclude=999" to the query string, where 999 is the id of the archive page. It looks like this:
